How little children learn
What good early-years classes usually work on. This is a general picture, not a description of Tiny Land's own plan.
- Talking and listeningRhymes, stories and lots of conversation build words in English and Hindi.
- Small handsCrayons, clay, beads and blocks build the finger strength needed for writing later.
- Big movementsRunning, climbing and dancing help balance and confidence.
- Getting alongWaiting for a turn, sharing toys and saying sorry are learned every day.
- Early numbers and lettersCounting songs, shapes and sounds, through play rather than drills.
